We are excited that our newest Highland Park ADU project is nearing completion. This ADU is a light filled 3 BR / 2 BA backyard home. With its cedar clad exterior and robust trellis work we call it a California marriage of Sea Ranch Modernism and classic SoCal Craftsman. The interior is has spacious 9 foot ceilings and high windows and french doors that open onto garden views. We paid a lot of attention to creating connections to the outdoors. In our ADU design, every room open onto a garden view, whether its the front porches or rear jewel box patio, there are open views to the trees and sky. The ADU is located in the backyard of a historic home in the Highland Park - Garvanza HPOZ Historic District.
