Library Courtyard, Hillside Elementary

A new courtyard design/public art installation for a new Bay Area public school library. With a very limited site budget, the project turns a giant existing asphalt play yard into a welcoming, playful, shaded courtyard and public art work for the school. A collaboration with PLUM Architects and the students and faculty at Hillside Elementary.
